Ray Lewis, Founder of DAT3 Properties, established the company to build a legacy for his daughters, Diane and Aubrey. What started as a personal investment journey quickly became a purpose-driven venture focused on acquiring meaningful properties, creating long-term value, and supporting communities. Ray leads all aspects of DAT3’s operations-from sourcing and acquiring new properties to building relationships with agents, appraisers, lenders, and contractors. His commitment to excellence and integrity drives every deal and decision. Through DAT3, he proudly supports youth rodeo athletes and sponsors young bull riders-championing the same values he brings to the business: resilience, grit, and giving back.

As Vice President of Operations, Kelci DelFrate plays a central role in overseeing the company’s daily functions and long-term operational strategy. She manages a wide range of responsibilities, including website and digital content management, payroll, HR operations, and internal process improvements. Known for a hands-on and solutions-focused approach, Kelci ensures that systems, workflows, and teams operate efficiently and effectively. With a strong blend of technical skills and organizational insight, she helps drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a positive, productive work environment.
